I have developed a program designed to correct dysfunctional movement and improve function. You will learn how to use your body the way it was designed for a more youthful appearance, confidence, improved athleticism and better posture and balance.
Over the years I have trained thousands of clients. I noticed patterns in movement that resulted in imbalances, injury and poor posture. After assigning specific exercises and progressing those, I was able to get the results we were striving for. For some that was better balance. A life without fear of falling. For others it was improved sports performance. Stronger, faster, a better golf game. For many the result was less pain and a better quality of life. It has been a pleasure to have changed the trajectory of my clients lives using the movements I have put together. I am excited to be able to share this program with you.
My intention was to find a trainer to help me get prepared for a backpacking trip. What I did expect, having used trainers in the past, that this was an effective way to get back in shape. While, Sue is amazing at getting you there quickly, she adds so much more. Suddenly I am standing taller, feeling amazing strength coming from my core and my legs are straighter. My favorite revelation from Sue was realizing how often our brains seek to take the easier way, creating incredible imbalances. It feels good to have confidence in my body again.
I noticed Sue training her clients in the gym and she stood out. Her style of training was much different than other trainers and I wanted to know more. I hired Sue and she created a program for me highlighting imbalances in my body. I didn't know I was so tight in places and so unaware of my movement. Exercises that should have been easy were very difficult. She worked with my brain and combined this with movement patterns and created flexibility, balance and proper movement that increased my strength and agility. Along with this program she kicked my butt and I ended up exceeding my goals for body fat % and weight loss. My blood work is normal now and my doctor is proud of my results.
